My Seiko Smart Label Printer stoped working after Service Pack 2!.

I'm a VAR, and one of the applications we sell into the "Jewelery Industry"
mesures a stone and prints a G.I.A. Report, and also prints a label to afix
to the small (blue wax paper it is put in until sale into a setting), so the
Seiko Smart Label Printer line was a perfect fit, but since installing
"Service Pack 2," the peinter service "SMPMONX," shuts down upon receiving a
request to print! I went into "Word," to print a label, and there too it
failed, and shut down the same service?!
