My Unread view has stopped working

What could I have done to mess with the Unread view. I get all sorts of read
newsgroup messages in the display.

Is it giving me all of the messages in any topic that contains one unread
message? Nope. There are plenty of topics that are entirely marked as read.

I don¹t recall changing it, but I must have. It¹s set right now for ³If
status is unread and folder is not outfolder...²

When you start out with all unread, Entourage leaves messages you read in
the listing (in case you want to refer to them) until you "refresh" the
unread status, which you can do by selecting View Unread Only twice in a row
(turn it off, turn it back on), using either the menu or (quicker) the
keystroke.
