My setup: Dual G5, OS 10.4.8, Office 2004 v. 11.3.3. I think I connect
to MS Exchange Server 2003. Access to the web via company proxy.
I work in a total Windows environment (city governemt)
I have no problems connecting, viewing, creating email using Entourage
to my Exchange server. I can even connect to the exchange server using
Apple Mail.
Two of my co-workers each just got an intel iMac running OS 10.4.8 &
Office 2004 v. 11.3.3. and they cannot connect to our exchange server
no matter what!
Apple Mail rejects their password, same in Entourage. Also in
Entourage, they can only see their Junk folder but not it's contents.
NOW when I place my user credentials in either Entourage or Apple Mail
on their systems, I am able to connect to our exchange server with no
issue.
What's that - why?!
Why do my credentials work and theirs don't?
Any expertise help would be greatly appreciated!.
