N00B - Office uses OWA, I have Entourage 2004 and/or Mail. How can I sync?

I just started a new job where they're using Outlook Web Access for
email. I have managed to get the email to work fine in Entourage,
although it would be nice for it to Sync in Mail. More importantly,
how can I get my Calendars, Contacts, Notes, and Public Folders, etc to
sync in Entourage?

The settings I have set in Entourage for email are as followed:
Domain: http://owa.company.com Exchange Server: http://owa.company.com

ADVANCED / Public Folders Server:
http://owa.company.com/public/FolderName <- This does not work but I
would like it to!!

I have not had any contact with our IT person, and it seems that this
may be hard to do - of course. I'm getting guff about being a Mac user
and would like to get this to work without their help if possible. I'm
already well beyond what they expected - they didn't think the email
would work at all on a Mac!

I can't get Exchange to work in Mail either. Based upon the settings I
have above, what should be Incoming Mail Server and Outlook Web Access
Server settings be?

Entourage still has some limitations in dealing with exchange - contact
groups don't sync, neither do notes & tasks.

To access mail & calendar public folders, try using just
http://owa.company.com/public

I'm no expert in the use of Mail.App, but my understanding is that it only
uses IMAP for synchronising mail, and that support for other items is even
more limited than in Entourage. However, I don't use mail.app, so I can't
confirm exactly what is lacking there.

Thanks Barry,
There is actually a selection when you create a new account in Mail for
an Exchange account. I just don't know what the proper properties
are.

http://owa.company.com/public will allow me to see the folder
structure, but when I try to open a lower tiered folder Entourage jumps
me back to "Folders on my Computer".
