We've got this now on two machines.
Fully working Entourage 2004 connected to Exchange Server with
calendaring, Exchange email and name lookups to Active Directory.
After a few days the name lookup stops working. First indication of this
is a failed lookup on a known good name, even though all the account
settings are still correct.
An attempt to reset the configs does not correct the problem. The only
way to fix the problem is to delete the account and recreate it, at
which time the setup assistant reconnects to the Exchange Server and
restores all services.
Are there any pointers or references to this problem and how to fix the
problem without deleting and recreating the account?
