I've somehow got a name with no associated e-mail address as a blocked
sender, so all mail from that name is filtered.
I don't see it in the list of blocked senders, as there is no
associated e-mail address.
I think I therefore need to reset the whole filter system.
How do I do this (OL 2003, Exchange 2003)
