names in distribution

How do you display full name and email address in a distribution list. Tks

sorry for not being more specific in my first post.

my distribition list shows two columns, name and email address. however the
email address is displayed in both columns.

If that's the case, then you didn't use a source with a name when you added
them to the DL. You added only addresses.
