navigation menu tree

Hi,

I need to create a navigation menu that has a hierarchy tree to where the
bottom menu links only link to the top most menu items.

For example:

Home
Location
Something
About
Something Else
Information
Contact

(menu at bottom of page ignores the "child" pages)
Home | About | Information | Contact

Can you do this is Publisher 2003?

To clarify, the main thing i'm trying to accomplish is a hierarchy tree menu.
The bottom menu links are not important...

How do you create a menu tree in Publisher?

From David Bartosik's FAQ page at
http://www.publishermvps.com/Default.aspx?tabid=30

Q. Can I use dynamic features like drop-down menus, fly-out menus, image
mouse-overs, hit counters, tickers, etc.?
A. Publisher has no support for dynamic features or for scripting in
general. However if you are knowledgeable in scripting and html you can
typically add such functionality to the publisher page via the HTML code
fragment. See other FAQ's and articles for info on the HTML code fragment.

David does provide on his FAQ page a simple code fragement that can be
inserted that will give you mouse-over effects . Perhaps you can build a
textual menu and use that as an alternative.
