Navigation wierdness

On my site, the menu on the left side include an item that does not
have a link in the navigation tree view. Specifically the 512M
article. I even did a recalculate hyperlinks as well as republishing.
No luck. ideas?

I see no 512 link in the nav bar
I do see a page link on the page to one

Boy I wish I could post an image. On the menus going down the left
side there is:

[Drivers]
[Articles]
[Links]
[Photos]
[Club History]
[For Sale]
[The Spirit Ferrari 512M]

The last one, [The Spirit Ferrari 512M], should not be there. It is
not there in the navigation screen.
