Trying to excel in life but need help

I am designing a spreadsheet in Excel and I need to track employee hours
using the following conditions. I already have a worsheet for each week
totaling the hours each day. I need a formula that would account for an
employee working more than 60 hours in any consecutive 7 day period. There
is also a 70 hr/ 8 day rule and a 120 hour/ 14 day rule. as outlined below.

A driver my not drive a truck or bus after having been on duty for,
a) 60 hours in 7 consecutive days, without having 8 hours off, or
b) 70 hours in 8 consecutive days, or
c) 120 hours in 14 consecutive days

Please help,
Thank you in advance.

.It is easy to add up the hours of the last 3 days, or
the last 4 days. But when he reaches 56 hours in 6 days,
what are you going to do. also, how many hours can he work
in one day, 12, 16 ? If you send more info to me at
(e-mail address removed) I will try to help you
