i started working as a helpdesk personel for computer related issues
assisting end users in a big office.
many network users have questions addressed to me reguarding Microsoft
Outlook and i have little experience in this field.
some examples for questions are: "how do i get to see another user's
calendar" and "why am i no-longer able to send email letters like i used to
yesterday" etc.
my question is do you know a good handbook i could learn the subject from,
or, alternatively, a good url i can read the material from.
thank you

Spend a month reading this and the m.p.outlook.general newsgroups and you'll
get your education.
