Need a script for auto userid and pw

I have a shared hosting plan and the provider does not allow me to allow my
visitors to anonymously upload files (their résumés) to a folder on my
website. The file upload button is within a form. I need a script that could
automatically supply username and password to a protected folder. I don't
know scripting - what I only know is FrontPage ... can anybody help?
