Need Access 2003 Simple Helpdesk Application

I need to implement an Access 2003 based helpdesk application urgently for
our local helpdesk but unfortunately I have little or no experience with
Access 2003 esp in regards to creating forms, reports. Can anyone help??? It
should just be able to keep a record of employees by department, time of
call, date, problem description, technician assigned, resloved/unresolved,
priority (low,medium,high), escalation (if any)
