It would be helpful if
1) Outlook's e-mail reading screen had a "add sender/all to contacts" button
to capture e-mail addresses from those sending you email... or...
2) when making a help inquiry on "add sender to contacts" in the outlook
help search box the top return would tell you how to navigate the menus to
acomplish this
