Need basic outline help

I'm a WP gal, but I have been given an assignment to do in
Word. I'm getting along relatively okay until I
encountered a lengthy outline. Eeeeeekkkkkkk! Man, I CAN
NOT figure that baby out! It seems to be an automatic
function when I hit Enter, but I need to somehow change
the layout that is either the default one or one that is
on the disk I'm working from.

Can anyone help??

you need to define some styles and have them linked to an outline
numbered list template (do this from the gallery). There's a whole
