Need employee summary for activities during month. Suggestions?

Needing to track four employees daily activities and complete a end of month
summary comparing all four's activities(days off, weekends worked, vactation
days, sick days). Need to create reports and graphs to submit. What
application would you use and how would you set it up? Would appreciate any
suggestions emailed to (e-mail address removed). Thanks.
