Need fix for article 260198

I need the outllib.dll file (or associated patch) for Outlook 98 as mentioned
in article 260198 at http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=260198.

I would download and install
http://download.microsoft.com/download/outlook98/Update/98/WIN98/EN-US/o98Attch.exe.
Outllib file version in this update is 8.5.6604 as opposed to the 8.5.6510
mentioned in the article. It is a little newer and does change the way some
attachments are handled (see
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/utilities/attsecup.htm for more
information).
