Need Formula Assistance

Hi - I've got probably a pretty simple problem that I
need some assistance with.

I've got 3 columns of data on one sheet for (06/04) and 3
columns of matching data on another sheet for (09/04).

Each column has a rank position in it that matches a
keyword.

I need a formula that will help me calculate the delta
(change) between the numbers. Does this make sense?
