Yesterday my PC crashed and I had to get a new one. My bosses husband
brought a rebuilt pc in and said that they put the old hard drive in
it also. When I went to start working I noticed that all my Outlook
contacts, emails, and calander events were gone. So last night they
used a remote access system to find and put my contacts back on. I
think they are wanting to run the old hard drive and save new for
extra room because they told mye to make a short cut for outlook from
old hard drive as apossed to dragging and dropping to desk top. Well
my problem is that yes they did get some of my contacts back and some
of my emails, but only up to march of this year. There is nothing in
outlook from 3/22/08 up to current. If I do a system restore will that
fix the problem? I'm worried because I don't know how it will work
when there are the 2 hard drives and I'm supposed to use shortcuts?
Please help me. If you need more info just ask. Thank you.
