i use entourage 2004 11.1.0
i have a mailbox full of replies to my high school reunion. i'd like to
do a few things with them:
1 - put all their addresses into a single "group" address so i only
have to type the word "reunion" in the "to" box on the email and i can
send one email to all these people;
2 - enter them all in my address book under the label "reunion"
3 - send those addresses to the fellow who is sending out the
invitations (or find some other way to export those addresses)
i am pretty unsophisticated in computeruse, so please explain it to me
in baby steps. thanks!!!
