Need help with error 17099

Hi,

I am having trouble sending messages and am getting error 17099. However,
rather than getting the usual explanation of "too many recipients" (I'm
sending mails only to one or two people) I get the following:

#4.4.5 Too many connections to this listener. Mail could not be sent.

Anyone has a clue of what this means or how to fix it?

That looks like a problem with your SMTP server. Any chance you could
have access to a differnet SMTP to verify this??

Is that -17099? This error can mean too many recipients, but it also can be
an error for relaying.
