need help with picture it express 2000

picture quality has dropped do I need to update? Each time on sign on to
program I get "Microsft Pictue It! has encountered a problem and needs to
close. We are sorry for the inconvenience". It still brings up the Picture
It! program but all pictures transferred to program are of lower quality than
what is in my picture files. CANNOT FIND A WAY TO E-MAIL MICROSOFT ABOUT
THIS PROBLEM.

This newsgroup is specifically for matters dealing with Microsoft Project.
I suggest you try to find a more appropriate newsgroup that deals with
Picture It! problems.

Could you please tell us what led you to chose this newsgroup? We would
