I am indexing all occurences of Reservation in my document with sub-entries.
the first sub-entry is the name of the reservation and the third sub-entry is
the church, ministry, or other resource working with that reservation:
Reservation
navajo
Lessons from Heaven
Native American Marriage Enhancement
The above is an example. It is indexing a few of the "reservations" as
above but most are getting separate listings. Example:
Reservation
Navajo
Lessons from Heaven
Reservation
Fort Mojave
Lessons from Heaven
Reservation
Navajo
Good Shepherd Mission
Reservation
etc, etc.
I have tried doing a replace all to make sure I have the exact spelling but
it is still the same. I don't know what to try and I am pulling my hair out
trying to reach a printing deadline. Can anyone help with this or suggest
another source that might help?
