Need hlp understanding Project

Can i import data from an Access table for example.
And could my table in Access have like:
date started
date ended
Tasks
Duration
etc..
..
..
And could these columns be maped to the appropriate counter part in MS
Project....

Im just curious if thats possible at all.
If it is, but only true code, im interested to know how..

thx alot, im new to Project... just trying to find out any info on its
vbs capabilities as well....

IF you can direct me to some sites, or give me a crash course on the importing
features of this software, wether its from application or using code...

Hi Patrick

Yes you can ... to get an overview ... go into Project click the open icon
and select Microsoft Access Databases in the Files of Type drop down box

Follow the wizard

This will give you a good view of working with Access databases in Project
