Need Outlook 2003 help.

Hi

I have a couple of issues that go on with a calendar and I can'
figure out how to fix them. Searching on the web didn't bring an
results
We use Office 2003 and Exchange 2003
1. When I make an appointment and invite attendees, those who accep
it, make multiple entrees on my calendar from the same person
Usually from 2 to 4 entrees. How do I fix that so there is only on
appointment entry from a person
2. When openining an appointment in a group calendar, it opens it in
completely new instance of Outlook instead of just opening a
appointment
