Need pointers to installing Office XP on Win2000 Server w/TS and Citrix

H

Hank Arnold

I've scanned the newsgroup quickly, but didn't see the answer buried in the
6K posts.....

We are currently running a Citrix MetaFrame XP environment on W2K AS servers
with TS in Application Mode. We currently have Corel WP Suite 2000 installed
as the agency's suite. Currently, we run Office XP locally on individual
workstations. Next year the number of licenses and users running the app
will increase to the point where I feel we need to consider installing it on
the servers and publishing the apps in Citrix. I can restrict the users who
can access it.

I'd very much appreciate any pointers to good sources for a process to
install Office XP and subsequent updates from MS. I have a development
server that I will use to test it out before I apply it to the production
servers.....

TIA

Your best bet is to download and read the Office Resource Kit, found on
Microsoft Office site. The link for Office XP is:
