Need some help with conditional formatting (very hard)

Hello all. Heres what I need to do. I have values in N column and the T
column that need to match, and when they do match the line the whole row
green (so far easy). I also have values in the O and U columns that need to
match, and when they match they turn the line green(also no prob). The major
problem is, I need a formula added, so if N and T match but O and U DONT
match, it will NOT color the line at all. Here are examples of what i mean.

Color N O T U
green 1 0 1 0
green 0 1 0 1
green 0 0 0 0
green 1 1 1 1
<>green 1 0 0 0
<>green 0 0 1 0
<>green 0 0 0 1
<>green 1 0 0 1


hopefully that makes sense. There are more possibilities than that, but
thats the general point. Also there will be higher numbers than 1, I just
used 1 for example.

Assuming that your data starts in the second row...

1) Select your data

2) Format > Conditional Formatting > Formula Is

3) Enter the following formula:
=($N2=$T2)*($O2=$U2)

4) Choose your formatting

5) Click Ok

The only problem I had, is this sheet starts out blank, then you type in
information.
heres what I added in order to keep the lines with no color untill something
was entered

condition 1:=IF($T7="",1)

condition 2:=SUM($N7=$T7)*($O7=$U7)

If this works for you, then great! Otherwise you could try the
following...

=($N2=$T2)*($O2=$U2)*($N2<>"")*($T2<>"")*($O2<>"")*($U2<>"")

Note, I haven't tested it fully though.
