I need to submit a letter containing personal info, circumstances @time of
incident, whats changed since then, why it would be a good decision to
re-accept me, and express my desire along with complete dedication, and
commitment to be successful as a student at the college I had attended but
needed to drop due to an unavoidable situation. it was within the 15 day
grace period
