Need to add Entourage data from backup CD

I accidentally deleted my Entourage database. I started from scratch,
saving new emails and creating new contacts. But I have a backup CD
which contains an older version of my Entourage database. I would
like to import contacts and emails from this backup CD into my current
Entourage database (I tried the Entourage import function and it
didn't have this option). How do I do this? Thanks.

Drag the Identity (named Main by default) to your Office 2004 Identity
folder. You might need to rename it so it doesn't overwrite.

Switch Identity in Entourage. Under File in the menu bar you can select
Export options. You can export your data, switch Identity to your current
Identity and Import the data.
