need to change address book names to last name first

The names in my address book on Outlook 2003 are listed first name, then last
name. I want them displayed by last name first. I found where to change it
in Contacts, but it doesn't change it in the address book. I have it that
way on other computers, but not my new one. Help!

Go to Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or
address books > Outlook Address Book > Change. > Set your sort order there
