need to convert money to hours

I have a spreadsheet where we allocate a set dollar amount to each
item we do. I'm looking for a way to tell me how many hours and
minutes this comes to.
Example: I have a total dollar amount of $249.00. I divide this by our
hourly rate of $17.00 per hour. Which comes to 14.65 hours. I would
like a way to convert this to actual hours and minutes. The above
example would be 14 hours and 39 minutes. Is their a way to accomplish
this with a formula or function in excell?
