Need to Delete Bad Message

I have a message in my Entourage Inbox that is BAD.
Each time I click on the message it freezes my computer and the little color
wheel of death spins (seemingly forever, but actually only until I can't stand
it any more and Force Quit out of Entourage.)
Have islolated it in the Inbox, but can't delete the Inbox and create a new
one.
How do I get rid of this message?
Help!

If it is the only item in the Inbox, I'd choose Edit, Select All, and then
Edit, Delete Message.
