I need to have a field where incremental number will be create base on when
a e-mail will be receive.

This is to make sure that each email will receive a unique number.

Once that number is generated i need to be able to change it manually.

Finally i need to have a addon that will help me make some king of help
desk, Technical support.

You really should be buying some Help Desk software rather than trying to
shoehorn Outlook into being that.

I totally agree with Brian - square peg round hole here definatly.

try ieSupportManager

www.iecomputersystems.ie

it is not expensie and it will do what you want.
