Need to know how to set the "reply" preferences

I would like to know how to set the "reply" option such
that the body of the message that is being replied to is
oriented below the reply itself. At this point, when
replying my text starts after the message that I am
replying to. I would like my message to be at the top.
How is this done?

In Entourage 2001.
Go to Edit/Preferences/Email&News. go to the Reply/Forwarding panel
and check the box marked "insert my reply before quoted text"
Should now have your reply at the beginning of the message.
