Need to quickly build a site with Secure ordering

I've built a few websites for clients but am no expert. (I am much more
skilled at LAN set-up/maintain and FoxPro.) Anyways, one of my smallish lan
clients needs a new web presence that will allow customers to securely order
supplies (currently inventoried in Excel.)

I am proficient in Foxpro 6, okay in Access and did a little in VB ages
ago. I've worked with FP 2001, but need to accelerate since I need the
billings. Any recommendations on add-ins or other rapid development tools
that will permit me to quickly develope a site that will allow users to place
secure orders with credit cards/POs? I don't need it to tie into any backend
accounting...just print out the order details and order headers.
