Need to reset password

I accidently delete my username and password in entrouge and can not
remember it. Is there a way to reset the password or could i call my isp

You cannot just reset the info for accounts. You will need to call your ISP.
I suggest writing it down and keeping in a safe place.

Use Keychain Access (Utilities folder). You may have to dig a little, but it
should be stored there. You will need your OX X Keychain password to look at
it though, but that should be the same as your login password.
