need to send a message to about 250 people - any thoughts?

hi i need to send a message for my high school reunion to about 250
people (those who did not sign up to the yahoo group). i created a
"group" address in entourage for them, but the mailing is too big for
my server.

is there a program (free ware/shareware/etc.) or script i can use that
would let me either break up the group members or would allow me to
send the same message as 250 individual emails, without my having to
individually format and address each mail?

or any other brilliant solution you can come up with?

i use osx 10.3.3 and entourage 2004.
