Need to share Entourage Calendar and Contacts with other PCs on Exchange network

I work on a Mac and I need to share my Entourage Calendar and Contacts
with my secretary that uses Outlook on a PC. We are both on an
Exchange network. Right now both my Calendar and Contacts are on the
"Folders on My Computer." How do I copy or sync those folders with
their counterparts on the Exchange?

Also, once I do that, how can I make sure that I can still sync all
that info on my Palm Treo 650? Right now, I have no problem syncing my
calendar and contacts with my Treo, but I can I make sure that
continues once I start working off the exchange folders?

I really need help with this issue!!! Thanks!!

Hi Andy,

If you're organisation is using Exchange 2003 you should be able to use
an Exchange account in Entourage. For the Palm Treo 650, you can use an
Exchange ActiveSync account which wirelessly synchronises with
Exchange.
Perhaps you can ask your in-house IT guys about configuring this. (If
you have any?)
