Need Upload Advice

I am usin using Windows XP, IE 6.0 and FP 2002, SP2. I
have had my Web Site (daddyrays.net, launched by FP) for
several years. Each time I updated the site using the FP
launcher, it always immediately made the change.
Yesterday, I tried to update with no results. Even after
several attempts. I tried again this AM....no results.
The launcher always launches. Can you help.

Clear your browser temporary internet files ( cache files )
With your local web open in FrontPage, click Tools
Web settings > Advanced and delete the temporary
FrontPage files.
Then check your web.
