Just got a new computer with the new Vista operating system and downloaded
Outlook 2000, I get the message saying the WAB DLL. file is missing,
therefore I'm unable to send e-mail. Any suggestions?
I shouldn't have to go out and buy the new Microsoft 2007 foe $300+ for Just
