nero file cant be viewed in thunbnail clipart how do i change it

Since i installed nero it has become default for ASPX file types for clipart
online from web.Thumbnails can not be viewed.How do i fix this

Empty your Internet cache, in Internet Explorer, tools, Internet Options, delete
files.
