Nesting sub folders in Entourage 2008

I have subfolders that I have created under each of my Email accounts.

I would like to be able to nest additional folders in many of them as it
would allow me to more efficiently organize my saved Emails by grouping them
under larger categories and effectively shorten the number of displayed
folders.

Is there a way to do this?

I have tried to create a new folder and drag it into another folder but that
is not the solution.

That should work. You can also create a subfolder by clicking its parent
folder and choosing File > New > Folder.

Nope. Doesn't work.

I have an Email account. It happens to be a MSN account. Under it I have
several folders including one called investments that I put certain Emails
into.

I want to create a sub folder under investments, call it Money
If I highlight Investments and create a new folder called Money it is
created at the same level or hierarchy as Investments. I can not drag
"Money" to fall under Investments as a subfolder.

As I understand it, a MSN account is basically the same as a Hotmail
account.

Might that be a problem?

Just to make sure your copy of Entourage isn't corrupted, try dragging
folders around "On My Computer." If that works, it is possible that MSN is
not capable of nested folders.

When using HTML email (like MSN or Hotmail) Adding Subfolders only works in
Entourage when you have them saved locally. For creating subfolders on the
MSN online folder, the best way would be log into hotmail using your web
browser and creating your folder structure using the HTML interface. After
that you should be able to move messages between online and or local
folders.
