NetFramework

I am downloading the experience Pack formy Toshiba TabletPC and it call for
Microsoft.NetFramework version 1.1....I gone to the update site under
expressandcustom but it will not download. Without it I cannot tun the
Experience Pack.

Help!!!!!

However, when you visit Windows Update and check for updates, do you also
check for optional installations?
