Network Password Window

With annoying frequency a window headed ENTER NETWORK
PASSWORD comes up with sections underneath: Server, User
and Password, all filled in automatically and a small box
asking to save this password in list. If the window is
not OK'd Outlook and the e-mail falls over.

This almost certainly is Outlook generated (the internet
continues working fine). Is there some way to either
stop this happening or at least reduce the frequency it
appears.
