I installed office 2003 on w2k network through a custom install, CID etc.
When my users try and install an Excel addin they get the error message that the 'Network resource is unavailable'. The installation is choosing the correct path to pro11.msi and everyone has Read access to it but it will not install.
Why is this?
(I have also recently installed 2 critical office updates from a diferent shared folder if that makes any difference)
