networking ??

I have a horrible feeling that this has been posted in the wrong place….

However thanks to any help I can get,

I have a small business of a dozen people who are mainly based either from
home or on the road; they all have laptops and 3g data cards and or a
broadband connection.

I am wondering if there is any way I can back up their laptops at a central
location like a small office network would? I currently back up their files
onto a portable storage devise when we meet up, but not the entire laptop.

Any idea’s on how can improve connectivity and safety of the laptop contents?
