Never-ending server can't be found error

I get a lot of this server can't be found error. Be sure mail server info
is entered correctly and dns settings in network control panel are correct.
Error -3176

I don't get it.

I 'm sure setting are fine.

The problems seems to correct itself eventually.

It just keeps popping up, and it like rotates randomly among my various
account.

And ideas appreciated, thanks.
