New browser

I changed over to Netscape Navigator as my primary browser. What do I change
for all my email links to open in Netscape instead of Internet Explorer?
Each time I select the email link with Netscape open, it automatically opens
IE.

You have to change your default browser preferences in the OS. Depending on
your OS, it may be in Internet in System Preferences, or it might be in the
Safari Preferences.
