New contact entries are not displayed in my address book view

I am using Outlook 2003 in an exchange server2003 environment. When I use
the outlook address book to view my contacts none of my new contacts are
displayed. Everything is configured correctly but only the contacts that
were oringinaly imported from a .pst file are displayed.

Help!

The address book dialog shows only contacts with an electronic address (email or fax).
