New Email coming to Folders on My Computer Inbox instead of Exchange Inbox folder

Entourage keeps bringing new mail to the wrong folder - the inbox on
My Computer instead of the Exchange Inbox.

Also, she's been using an exchange account for a while now. But this
issue started a few days ago. No rules or filters enabled. Software
has been updated. Rebooted a couple of times. Deleted application
preferences and support. Deleted and added the exchange account
again. I tried to force the rules to move new messages to the correct
folder, but the rule doesn't take effect.

Had this happened to you? Got any suggestions?

Just a thought: if you have made sure that there are no rules that might be
responsible for this behaviour, you should definitely have a look at the
Mailing List Manager (Tools>Mailing List Manager). It is very easy to create
a mailing list rule inadvertently in Entourage by marking a message as "not
junk" and then selecting the wrong option from the menu that shows up. A
mailing list is quite capable of moving messages around, so if you see any
rules in the MLM window, delete or disable it to see if that solves the
problem.
